See damage before it becomes expensive

Radiometric 640 × 512 thermography from the air: no scaffolding, no lifting platform, nobody on the roof. One flight, one prioritised report, reliable readings.

The principle

Visible is not the same as measurable.

A radiometric thermal camera stores a temperature for every pixel. Moisture beneath render, saturated insulation and thermal bridges show up as temperature patterns long before damage is visible to the naked eye. We fly in the early morning or after sunset, when temperature differences are most pronounced, and analyse the images radiometrically.

Deliverables

What you receive

01

Condition report in 48 hours

Prioritised and photo-documented: what needs action now, what can be monitored, what is fine.

02

Radiometric raw data

Every image with temperature values per pixel, ready for analysis by your surveyor or expert.

03

Before and after pairs

RGB and thermal image from the identical waypoint, precisely aligned, for owners' meetings and insurers.

04

Verification flight after repair

The same flight plan, the same angles: proof that the cause has been fixed.

Process

From briefing to report

  1. Briefing

Clarify property, question and access. We check permits and the weather window.

  2. Flight

Early morning or after sunset. RGB and thermography in a single pass, RTK-referenced.

  3. Analysis

Radiometric analysis, classification of findings, matching to building components.

  4. Report

Prioritised condition report within 48 hours, review meeting on request.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • In the early morning or from about an hour after sunset, with a dry surface and little wind. After rain we wait until the facade has dried.

  • No. We deliver radiometrically documented findings and a prioritisation. The legal assessment remains with the surveyor, architect or insurer who works with our data.

  • We schedule planned flights within a week and damage documentation after storms within 72 hours, depending on weather and permits.
