This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking. It loads no content from third-party servers: fonts are self-hosted.

That is why no cookie banner is required. There is nothing you need to agree to for this page to be shown.

Your browser only remembers the scroll position, so that going back returns you to where you were reading: local storage without personal reference, no cookies.

If you choose a language yourself, your browser remembers that choice in local storage so the site appears in your language on your next visit. This too is purely functional storage with no personal reference.

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. The purpose is to deliver and secure the website.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation.

The site is hosted with Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare's global edge network. The database and the enquiry form run on Supabase. Server log files are deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest.

When you send the enquiry form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), property or location, client type (private or institutional), area of interest and your message.

Added technically are: the language selected, the page the enquiry was sent from, the browser identifier (user agent) and a shortened, cryptographically hashed form of your IP address. The IP hash serves abuse prevention only, it limits the number of enquiries per hour.

Your enquiry is stored in our database (Supabase, our backend provider) and additionally delivered to us by email to office@fantm.at. You receive a confirmation by email at the address you provided.

The purpose is handling your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures.

The consent checkbox is documented: we store that the box was ticked, the consent text shown at that moment, and the time.

We keep the enquiry until it is fully handled, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods require it.

The photographs and videos on this website come from our own operations or from manufacturers. Footage in which persons might be identifiable is reviewed before publication and anonymized where necessary.

Data processing during commissioned drone operations is not the subject of this policy. It is governed by contract with our clients.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).

For all requests, an email to office@fantm.at is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
